QPM Ltd was again commissioned to design, supply and operate all technical requirements for Lewisham Homes AGM. Working closely with them to make the day run smoothly we attended an initial site meeting to discuss and design a technical solution for the day.
With over 500 people attending the event at the Catford Broadway Theatre in London, we supplied a large 14'x10' screen with a 12k Panasonic projector, making sure everyone had a good view or the screen and could read the interactive questions.
For the awards element to the day we added some sparkle by suppling a large star cloth surround for the screen as well as moving head lights which double up to create the 'who wants to be a millionaire' lighting effect during the interactive quiz sections.
